Mr. Berger is Chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group at Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC. He has over 32 years of experience handling acquisition and divestiture transactions ranging in value from less than $1 million to $390 million. He has handled M&A transactions in a variety of industry sectors such as manufacturing, medical devices, natural resources, food service and distribution, life insurance and electronics.
